Greetings I copied whole ftp file server to new hosting (site-ground) and made sure with support that everything is good with file permissions and am still getting this same issue exact same error msg and log. Please advise… tried with other back ups I have and same thing… what do i do

Hello, I am not following the article that you sent. Is there an easier method? I know the user I am using has full Admin rights on WP so Idk why this would be happening.

As well, I have plenty of server space.

Thank you for your quick response, truly appreciate your help! I tried that the first time and got the initial issue after about a week. I can try it again, but feel it will only lead to the same result. Please advise.

I downloaded directly from Yoast’s website and unzipped and transferred without any errors.

deactivate jetpack plug in and you should be able to access your site.

Another way to do it is to log into your ftp server and backup jetpack plug-in files and delete them

Not a true fix, but will atleast give you back WP access. After that I would recc figuring out why JetPack gave you this issue in the first place. Im having a similar issue with Yoast SEO Plug-in
