I’m having the same issue. Is there a fix for this issue?

Greetings. I found the “Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Brevo” plugin is causing the “Missing Dependencies” issue. When I deactivate the Brevo plugin, the Woocommerce Shipping plugin is correctly shown in the Footer position. I’m creating a support ticket for Brevo to investigate the issue. Any other suggestions?

Hi @shaunkuschel . I deactivated the “BOT Protection” plugin from MalCare Security, but the 400 error still appears. My other website is experiencing the same 400 error, and that one doesn’t currently have any security plugins installed. As for the missing dependencies, I deactivated and deleted the plugin. After reinstalling, I’m still see the same error. Does the ‘delete plugin’ leave residual data that’s not getting reset during the reinstall?

Also, I confirmed the “400 Bad Request” still occurs although the origin address is verified. Hi @kloon , I’ll install the updated 1.3.1 and test again. As for the fetching of rates, it’s not a simple as ensuring the products have the correct weights. Most of the time, the customer is ordering more than one product, which affects whether we package into a bubble envelope, a box, or a USPS Priority mail option. I hope the workflow can be improved to avoid advance rate fetching until both package and weight is updated. I understand that I can disable remembering of the package, but then it causes even more overhead.

Finally, one other issue is that the address validation at checkout doesn’t work. I entered two valid addresses, including my home address, and an error message is displayed. You can try the following address: 3136 West Border Links, Visalia, CA 93291.

Has there been a response from Pledged Plugins with a fix for this issue? I have the same problem with my website.

@zubair: a store owner/manager frequently needs to print a 2nd label for an existing order. We’re also still lacking the ability to print return labels. It’s as if the dev team doesn’t understand how a store works and our daily workflow. It’s nonsense to have to waste time duplicating an order just to print a 2nd label when the feature exists in the previous plugin. There was no impact on stock levels and accounting, so why now?

Hey @beautyofcode, thanks for the response. I finally had a chance to look at the WordPress.com dashboard. While it does show the individual labels purchased, there’s no way to export the list so a total can be easily calculated. I’ll have to keep searching for an option.

@kloon while it’s great that the team is trying to make improvements, you can’t break/remove previous features that we use every day. At least once per day, we have to send a replacement part to a customer, so not having the ability to create a 2nd label forces me to copy/paste the customer’s information into a 3rd party shipping service. This is obviously not convenient. Please restore this feature ASAP.

@kloon, the v.1.1.3 works much better. Expected functionality has returned. As for the new workflow, there’s additional clicks now required compared to how v3.8.1works. Two questions: 1) Is the address verification still automatic, or do I now have to explicitly click “Unverified address” every time?; and 2) is it possible to return to the order screen after printing the label, instead of requiring an extra click?
