you asked i write your team which i did but only promised that you people will worked on it but until today i’m yet to hear from your team if the plugin has been worked on but marked the ticket as resolved.

You won’t get the email because we have to deactivate the plugin after waiting for weeks/days and you are not responding. To avoid such negative message from spreading to our customers which will not look good on our business.

please we activating it now and we hope you visit the site again to abandoned a cart to see the issue we are talking about.

also to note is that the abandoned cart message time is 1 hour.

products are not included in email been sent out but rather including a negative message regarding the store as “product no longer exist” which a terrible message. The message contradicts itself with the other write up which is asking the customer to take action and completes its order. This message is terrible for ecommerce site and customers experience.
