In reply to: [WooCommerce Backorder Manager] Can’t set backorder on productMiranda, you have somehow turned on the “Resolved” indicator. You might want to turn it off if your question is to receive more attention.
Hi, Jeffrey.
WP: 5.4.2–en_GB.
WooCommerce: 4.2.2.
Backorder Manager Pro: 2.2
Theme: Kleanity
Page URL: https://lucybutler.ie/product/rosserk-abbey-co-mayo/>Have you entered the text “Out of stock” in the custom backorder description?
No. All backorder descriptions are blank.
Another question: Where is the text “max 1 available through backorder” coming from? It should be “Max” and end with a “.”.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Backorder Manager] Can’t set backorder on product1. Make sure you have the plugin activated.
2. Go to the edit product page and select the Inventory section.
3. Enable Manage stock.
4. Set Allow back-orders? to Allow, but notify customer. The Maximum number of backorders field should now appear.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: Frontend Update button does nothingThanks, James, for your trouble and the link. I didn’t know enough to know if the Frontend / Update feature was WP or third-party. I’ll follow up with the developers.

In reply to: Frontend Update button does nothingHi, James.
We’re using “Total – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme by WPExplorer”. See https://themeforest.net/item/total-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/6339019. I guess it’s a feature of the theme as we didn’t install any plugins.Maybe I should be taking it up with the designers?
Thanks for your help.
