Seems to be part of the mailchimp embed code. Changing && to && should fix the problem.

You can try installing https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/filebrowser/ plugin and browse to the easy-columns plugin folder and delete it. The file browser will be available at Tools -> FileBrowser. But be careful when using this plugin as it allows you to delete any file/folder.

Yes, put sitemap.xsl there so that it will read it from the root folder which you copied earlier.

In the sitemap settings, under Advanced options, disable “Use default” for “Include a XSLT stylesheet” and just keep sitemap.xsl there and save it. It will load the stylesheet from the root folder then.
