Hi, @ckadenge.
I can confirm that like @pipoulito one of the sites has resolved the issue seemingly on its own.
However the other site which is also impacted is still facing the same issue.
@jonayedhosen, you can’t perform all those changes on a live website (only some of them), so I will need to spin up a staging website to investigate further, but I can confirm:
- All caches have been cleared (and caching plugins disabled).
- All plugins and WordPress are up to date.
Kind regards,
Simon
Hi, @itsmefti.
Sorry to hear you are experiencing the same issue with the Stripe settings pages being completely blank.
We aren’t experiencing a blank cart or checkout, however.
Good luck,
Simon
Thanks so much @doofinder I can confirm the issue is now resolved in 2.5.11
Thank you again.I agree with @sgumby.
This Image Optimiser advertising should not appear ever, if:- An image optimisation plugin is already installed.
- If a site uses CF (Cloudflare users often have image optimisation already in place)
Elementor should at least auto-detect if another image optimisation plugin exists and conditionally does not show the alert/prompt.
Permanently dismissing the alert/prompt (after the fact) is not good enough if a similar plugin is already installed.
Elementor needs to consider its users’ knowledge and understanding, potential confusion, and the technical issues this can cause.
There are no hooks (that I can see) to remove the alert/prompt. Using CSS or JS to stop the output of the PHP (to at least “hide” the alert/prompt) doesn’t work.
If Elementor can’t provide a hook for these alerts/prompts we should be able to stop them from appearing at all via a UI setting.
Please, consider these changes and your users.
I understand this is a business choice but like the failed Fiverr alert/prompt this needs to be reverted or granular control granted.
Lessons have not been learned in my opinion.
Kind regards,
SimonI don’t think this issue has been resolved. I still get a similar/the same error.
I’ve redacted the real URL from the log below, but when enabling PHP 8.3, I get a critical error with the following information:
2024/02/02 16:34:13 [error] 118637#118637: *106377 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Duplicate declaration of static variable $fields in /www/schoolchristmascards_290/public/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/includes/Admin/CPT/Submission.php on line 245” while reading response header from upstream, client: 217.41.70.250, server: https://www.example.com, request: “GET /wp-admin/site-health.php?tab=debug HTTP/2.0”, upstream: “fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php8.3-fpm-examplecom.sock:”, host: “www.example.com:56004”, referrer: “https://www.example.com/wp-admin/site-health.php”

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Mailchimp is Changing Product Prices on SyncHi, @khungate.
You’re correct, this is definitely not normal behaviour.
Unfortunately, those standard procedures aren’t going to work in this case as it is a live eCommerce website.
Even the remote diagnostics feature built into the plugin can’t be enabled now, so I requested to know where to send the plugin debug logs and WooCommerce logs safely and securely so that I can debug with the developers.
I have spoken with Mailchimp support directly (as I am a Partner), and I’m now working with the Dev team via Mailchimp on this issue.
Even though the ticket is not resolved, I will mark it resolved because support is handled outside of www.ads-software.com.
Once I get an update, I will post it here.

In reply to: [Klarna for WooCommerce] Support for YITH Pre-Order for WooCommerceHi, @klarna.
That’s what I assumed Kristi, and it has been our experience to date.
We have logs enabled for the plugin and the Klarna Order Management plugin as well.
I will check those and see if I can discover anything else.
Thanks for the additional link and support.
(I’m marking this ticket as resolved for now.)

In reply to: [Performant Translations] False Flag for “fatal error”@swissspidy Would you like me to speak to the developer?
Would you like me to send you a copy of the plugin for you to look at?
(If so, let me know the best way to do that).
Thanks in advance!Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons] Character Limit for Text Input MissingHi, Facundo,
The image was taken from the premium documentation BUT from the section that applies to the free plugin settings
Both the plugin description on www.ads-software.com and in the Free vs. Premium section of the plugin page on Yith state that character limit support is available in the free version of the plugin.
This used to be the case, so it looks like Yith has removed support for the character limit in the free version of the plugin but has not notified the customer or updated documentation and marketing material.
There is no mention of removing this feature from the free plugin in the changelogs either.
Kind regards,
Simon
This seems to be resolved in 1.0.81.1

In reply to: [SVG Support] SVG SanitizationHi, @seancojr
Thanks for the link. I had been using the other plugin until PHP 8 was released and it is no longer compatible which is why I had started switching sites to this plugin (SVG Support).
Ideally, it would be great if this plugin would sanitize SVGs on upload which I don’t think it currently does either.
Kind regards,
Simon
