Hi, @rankmath,
Apparently, this issue is not resolved.
The Rank Math Google Map loads even with no API Key and Longitude/Latitude added.
I have just experienced this issue on another site and I must use the following code to hide the map
.rank-math-contact-map { display: none; }
Kind regards,
Simon
This has now been resolved and was the result of a conflicting plugin that was still active on the website.
Apologies for any inconvenience.

In reply to: [WP YouTube Lyte] Restricted API Dashboard WarningThat sounds great. (Thank you! I think this will benefit others)
If it helps further, I’ve included a screenshot for you from the plugin settings showing the warning.
I don’t have one from the WP Admin dashboard yet but I will upload that when I can showing the error (that is not actually an error)

In reply to: [WP YouTube Lyte] Restricted API Dashboard WarningThat’s no worries at all.
When the restrictions are removed from the API the intermittent warnings don’t appear in the WP-Admin and when you “Test Key” you don’t get the other warning either.
Turn the restrictions back on and the warnings resurface. Again, not an issue at all and I now understand the warnings are coming from the API rather than the plugin.
Still might be worth adding a note somewhere in the plugins docs or settings that this may happen if you use a Restricted Key?
Hi, @rankmath,
I spun up a staging site and even when all plugins were disabled except for RankMath and WooCommerce the issue still occurred. Switching to the Twenty Twenty One theme as well did not help.
So I dug into the WooCommerce settings of the RankMath plugin and for this site, the following options are enabled:
- Remove base
- Remove category base
- Remove Generator Tag
- Remove Schema Markup on Shop Archives
I disabled each of the above settings one by one and as soon as I disabled Remove Base the product stopped returning a 404.
Please, note, in my opening ticket, there are no issues with v1.0.63 and in v1.0.64 it is only some categories that are affected by this bug, not all (There is no apparent logic as to why some categories are affected and others are not).
Screenshot for further clarification.
Kind regards,
Simon

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products Syncing even though Sync is turned OFFHi @battouly
I am the thread starter @stephjacq was the original plugin support respondent.
Did you enable logging within the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and then check the logs generated in WooCommerce?
You should see that a feed is generated daily with GET Responses even if you have Product Sync turned off in the plugin settings.
Kind regards,
Simon

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products Syncing even though Sync is turned OFFHi @stephjacq,
Thanks for the reply and the link, however, it is not really a solution.
We don’t want to uninstall the plugin we just want to stop syncing the catalogue which should be the case when disabling within the plugin settings.
If you can replicate it, surely this is a bug and needs lodge in Github?
Kind regards,
Simon

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] GA4 & Universal Tracking SimlutaneouslyHi @stuartduff
I ran the implementation discussed above for a week and whilst it works, it does actually break some events and conversions in Google Universal Analytics (v3) and no custom event data is sent to Google Analytics v4 either whilst using the settings in this thread.
Once I turned the Global Site Tag setting off everything started working again in Universal Analytics but obviously, the data stopped flowing to v4.
Are there any plans for this plugin to run dual implementations? (I’ve noticed a number of other plugins offering this).
Kind regards,
Simon

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Feed url to enable auto updates?Hi @solstudioim,
Thank you for this.
I was aware of this and I am not sure if the same goes for @paulinelephew but when expanding the options, there is no feed URL listed anywhere.
Update
Here is the response from Doug at WooCommerce support:
…I’ve heard back from the developers about this. They confirmed that the feed is uploaded to FB – we don’t send a URL but send the content. There are plans for feed-based sync but that isn’t available right now.
If you’re interested, you can see the progress via GitHub – https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/milestone/4
Kind regards,
Simon

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] GA4 & Universal Tracking SimlutaneouslyThanks for the response.
I see the Set Domain option is removed when the Use Global Site Tag is checked.
For tracking GA4 at the same time as UA I have been able to achieve this by:
- Enabling the Use Global Site Tag option in the plugin
- Leaving the UA-XXXXX-X tracking ID in place and not replacing it with a GA4 tracking ID.
- Withing Google Analaytics, I connected the existing UA profile to the new GA4 profile I created
It took 24 hours or so, but it now looks like the data is flowing correctly in Google Analytics 4 even though I am still using Universal Analytics in the plugin settings. I am getting data for both feeds without either feed appearing to be affected.
Can you confirm if this setup is OK, or should I expect inaccuracies in the data collected by the plugin and sent to Google Analytics, please?
Kind regards,
Simon

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Feed url to enable auto updates?I am having technical issues with a feed and was about to ask the same question.
The plugin doesn’t seem to generate a feed URL as I can’t see it in the Data Sources of the Facebook Catalogue.
However, the plugin must produce a feed somewhere, so I’m keen to know the answer to this as well.
Kind regards,
Simon

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products being duplicatedYes, I advised @shanedel90 that a WooCommerce account could be created for sharing private data if they did not already have one. Thank you for reiterating this.
That is where I have taken the discussion myself.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products being duplicatedWooCommerce will also handle support for this plugin, so if you have a WooCommerce account you can contact them and post any private information there without having to redact.
Although, you should remove or redact all your current snippi links from this thread.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products being duplicatedI can create a separate topic, although, I thought it would be more efficient to join this topic as it is exactly the same issue.
I can share a System Status Report without any issue but I cannot log for the Facebook plugin publicly as that reveals Customer IP addresses and other information which would not comply with GDPR sharing that data publicly.
Please, provide me with a method to share the information you require privately.
Kind regards,
Simon
