In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products being duplicatedI am experiencing the exact same issue with a client’s store. (I also have another business contact who is experiencing the same issue)
Everything was working fine for my client’s site until “I think” the plugin updated to use the 9.0 API and that’s when things started to go wrong, exactly like your issues.
We have tried:
- Resetting Product Metadata
- Deleting Product Metadata
None of the above worked. We then took it a step further, performed the above whilst the store was disconnected and then reconnected everything again, still no luck.
So finally, we uninstalled the plugin, wiped any trace of it from the database, reinstalled and reconnected it. Everything worked perfectly for 24 hours and then all our issues the same as yours re-occurred:
- Duplicated products with Zero price
- Duplicated products with incorrect price (VAT missing)
Just to further clarify and help plugin support…we have followed all troubleshooting steps, removed the plugin completely and tried again but the issues reoccur and everything was fine until the plugin starting using v9.0 of the API.
Multiple others are reporting this issue in the support forums as well.
I have a Facebook Ads partner who has reached out to Facebook and they are equally clueless. They recommended removing products via the Catalog at Facebook’s side but as you note @shanedel90 the incorrect, duplicated products simply reappear again.
Kind regards,
Simon

Hi @sstoqnov
No worries, here you go:
- Elementor Version 3.0.8.1
- Elementor Pro Version 3.0.4
- SG Optimizer Version 5.6.6
Thanks for continuing to look at this.
Kind regards,
Simon
Hi @sstoqnov
Thanks for the superfast response. The template was created in the New Elementor Theme Builder…I’m not sure if that makes a difference? (I don’t think it will as templates can still be created and access the original way within Elementor)
I don’t have a URL at the moment as I am currently building the site (so it is behind a coming soon template/page) Maybe there is an issue with ELementor’s maintenance mode, templates and the SG Optimizer query string feature?
Kind regards,
Simon
Hi @sstoqnov
Sure I will do it now.
I’ve been testing this out, so have been reverting changes and doing other testing but I have one URL you can check.
Kind regards,
Simon
Hi @davidr90
All plugins are up to date and I can test with a default theme and/or staging. The issue persists with the latest version of Elementor installed. I will notify SiteGround of the issue.
However, perhaps Elementor could investigate this on their side as well? SiteGround Optimiser installed on over 900,000+ sites so it’s a pretty big compatibility issue.
Kind regards,
Simon
Apologies, I was not aware of those other supplementary feeds.
It has been a long time since I used Merchant Centre, I’m just the tech contact working with a marketer.
We will leave things as they are for now.
Thanks again for all your help.
Kind regards,
Simon
Sorry, yes you are correct, no email received yet ( I wanted to make a video to highlight the issue and process )
Google considers the Local Inventory Ads Feed as part of the Google Product Feeds ( in my understanding ) Google call it a supplementary feed.
When testing the feed the only error thrown is: Invalid or missing required attribute: store code
So I assume the other attributes you mention can be set and controlled within Merchant Centre. ( Although I have not spotted those )
I still can’t get the store_code to show with the manual code but if there are no plans to add it to the free plugin ( which I completely understand ) then I will remove the code anyway as it will be overwritten each time the plugin updates.
Thank you very much for your time and @aukejomm time on this.
Kind regards,
Simon
I tried it and set up a staging site with the edited code and still no luck.
Can I email you about this using the address you provided so I can send some private information, please?
Kind regards,
Simon
Hi @aukejomm
Thanks for verifying this. Unfortunately, even after deactivating and reactivating the plugin, the store_code doesn’t appear as an option in either of my feeds.
( The same goes for subscription_cost and subscription_cost-amount )
Kind regards,
Simon
I adjusted the code, thanks for that!
Unfortunately, it did not work and the Store Code is still not listed for me to choose from.
( Also, the target country for both Feeds in the website is the United Kingdom but subscription_cost and subscription_cost-amount still don’t appear )
Thanks for all the help so far!
Kind regards,
Simon
Sorry! My fault…didn’t allow the link sharing to be public. That should be both links working now.
Kind regards,
Simon
Thanks for the code!
I added it as per your instructions and this is the resulting file.
However, the Store Code custom option is not appearing in Feed Manager. Interestingly, if you look at this screenshot the subscription_cost and subscription_cost-amount also seem to be missing from the custom options, even though they are present in the google.txt file.
Kind regards,
Simon

In reply to: [Download Monitor] PHP 7.4 combatibleIt’s the same for me. I had to deactivate the plugin.
We all have a similar error. Interesting though as @lainielane is using PHP 7.3 and I use 7.4 but the same error.
So it’s not PHP versioning. Looks like a conflict with Elementor. Do @lainielane or @vladyslavs use Elementor Pro on your site?
I do, so it might be conflict with the Pro version? Or it’s a conflict with the free version/both.
Kind regards,
Simon
