I tackled the problem I think…

Following Jacob’s installation notes “Standard installation when not from the wp plugins page”, I downloaded and unzipped “wp-photo-album-plus.6.3.12.zip” and copied the content in the wp-content/plugins folder after backup and removing the old wppa plugin folder (that old one probably caused the problem). After that I activated the plugin in WP Admin -> Plugins.
I had to take action: Table XIII / 16 “Fix tags”. Mission completed !

After testing all seem to work fine !

Version information: I use IE 9 (9.0.8112.16421); Tried it also on Chrome (version 30.0.1599.101).
WordPress 3.6.1; WPPA 5.1.15.
Other plugins in use:
*Cookies for Comments
*NextGEN Gallery (de-activated)
*Orbisius Child theme creator
*Ultimate TinyMCE
*UpdraftPlus -Backup/Restore
*Wordpress Importer
I allready checked inetraction with these other plugins by de-activating them all and activate one by one. Same problem in WPPA
