Do you use JetPack ? Try to deactivate JetPack and see if it appears again.

Running Jetpack Plugin ? Try to disable it. It interferes with Hestia Big Title section

You can build without Elementor. You can additional use Elementor but I experienced some strange faults when mixing pages made with Elementor and Hestia Pro. Personally I leave Elementor aside and just build using Hestia.

try this. Stil the best way to deal with customising is to buy the theme for a few $ !

You dont have the Pro version?

If you first make it transparant in Customizer and then Add the CSS code the menu should be invisible. Check my site https://reviewmacapps.com

Was forced to use third party menu plugin, as the max mega menu is not working in vertical position but only landscape on iPhone

Have the problem with clean installations. No plugins. Changed themes and back, no difference. Have the same problem on other websites running Hestia as well.

Using the WordPress editor TEXT full range of screen is available, when changing to VISUAL the editor breaks down in half screen width.

I had the same menu problem when using an iPhone in vertical position. Not possible to activate a submenu item. It seems to be not responsive, as when changing to horizontal position it does work.

Still, removed all sub-menu’s to avoid the problem.

Resolved. By removing Jetpack, site moved back to normal

Change your information in the customiser| footer options

Change behaviour of menu text ( research) by making the text unclickable, so don’t add a link but make special link with | URL #

In order to loose the second menu in the footer you need to create a new menu and leave it empty. In customiser set your primary menu.
