Unfortunately I can’t provide access as we have some restricted educational content.

I’m not sure if the installation location can have an effect on the end-results as I chose to use the system folder of languages/plugins/profilegrid-user-profiles-groups-and-communities-fi.po instead of the other options (ex. languages/loco/plugins/profilegrid-user-profiles-groups-and-communities-fi.po) provided. As I mentioned most of the translations are still working though, just not the important ones (visible to subscripbers) that I’d need.

I thought that could have been it when I search through earlier posts and noticed your similar issue. I started in 3.3.3 though and the files were correctly named already. For some reason just the front part of my translations aren’t visible. All admin side translations work fine. ??

Okay now I see the replies that weren’t visible before, I noticed the update yesterday and updated the plugin but didn’t have time to test it. Seems to work again now but a <div> with a background image was still getting removed so I used an in there instead, not a big deal. Super fast support is very appreciated, amazing work!

Topic is suddenly resolved? I’d love to know how though.

I’m having the exact same issue. I had an email template with HTML formatting saved and was getting ready to import a large number of users but now all the HTML is being removed from the template. It all worked just fine with my test mails last week.

As soon as I hit “Save email template and options” or move to another tab, the HTML tags are all removed. Complete bummer since now I can’t include our branding when sending the emails with login details.
