However is there any way to list all posts excluding two specific catagories?

Sorry I should have been a bit clearer about what I was asking.

I have set my front page to be a static page.

I would like to include three links at the top of my page
1) All Posts (exc. the catagories techblog and downloads)

2) TechBlog (I have done this by linking to https://mydomain/category/techblog/)

3) Downloads (I have done this by linking to https://mydomain/category/downloads/)

The only but I don’t really know how to do is the first one.

I have added the two lines shown above and get the following error:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

Is there anything else I need alter in the user table?
