    Hi,

firstly – thanks for the excellent support! Super impressed.

This has been resolved, and I am writing here for ‘future reference’.

It appears that Excel (well, the O365 / M365 / 2020 version) may be doing something a little ‘different’ in a CSV file.

One solution offered was to open the file in Libré-Office and re-save.

My ‘solution’ was to open in Notepad++, and remove some extraneous lines and spaces and such, and re-save, making sure it was UTF8 (not UTF8-BOM).

This extra step – while a little annoying (thanks Microsoft) – actually gives me a chance to QA the input file manually before doing the import.

    Again, thanks team at webtoffee!

found it – cleared cache and forced reload from server.

however, can I strongly suggest that you allow the ‘slug’ to be customised in the ‘free’ version, as there is a better than even chance that there will already be a “sermons” slug / page on a church site. Perhaps a test in the install?

    Just to “bump” this.

I downloaded and installed a “bitnami” VM with WP preinstalled on Debian 9.

I am wanting to play with the plugin (Quizzes/Surveys) and the associated “Certificate” add-on, as I am finding the LearnDash instance (on the live site) we have is “overkill” for what we are doing.

However, on clicking “Add New” in the Quizzes/Surveys area, like D-squared above, I am receiving the following:

Error! There has been as error in this action, Please share this with the developer. Error Code: 0001

As I mentioned, I am using a Bitnami instance, so there is no “real” name for the machine, no FQDN, it’s just a VM on my desktop machine.
