Hello, what does it mean – request a new code? I, too, have a problem with FluentSMTP this week not sending emails with error:

Ok, I solved it by a workaround.
- Deactivated the PRO version on the server
- Made a backup of the FREE version
- Deleted the PRO version
- Renamed the FREE version to PRO “send-users-email-pro”
- Copied the downloaded PRO version over the FREE version on the server
- Activated the overwritten PRO version and voilà – the backend is OK.
So I assume there is something missing in the files of the PRO version that is offered for download from the FREE version plugin after purchase.
Please fix this, not everyone can solve it like I did.
