When I came back this forum to read my post, I just could not find my post. SO I thought, perhaps I had not posted the topic.

Any how, Luna, I have exactly the same problem. I can use all the admin site, apart from Dashboard.

The only reason I wanted to use Dashboard was so I could look at the stats.

I cannot access all the admin pages, apart from the index.php

For instance, in the admin site, I can click on all the links, such as ‘Write’ , ‘Manage’ & ‘Users’. But if I click on ‘Dashboard’, I get the error.

A category would only show if it contains a post

Where do I click next???

As you say there are hundreds of themes to choose from. Can u list some of the most popular themes. I like the default theme as it is very simple to use.
