It seems like another plugin is triggering the email. You need to debug the issue to find the root cause, identifying which plugin is triggering the email. Once identified, you can disable that plugin or its email functionality.

It seems like there’s a Brevo settings issue. You can verify the sender identity by following the Brevo documentation here. Additionally, you can reconfigure with Post SMTP. For more help, please refer to the Post SMTP Brevo Guide here.
