Thanks for your feedback reply. We request you to update your all plugins and after updating your all plugins, then please regenerate the css data and file from Elementor > tools and also clear your all plugins and browser cache and check it once again.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We checked that the auto update, used and unused elements/modules in backend dashboard works fine. Maybe you mistake or missing something to understand it. We request you to follow the below instructions-
1. Update your plugin and clear your cache.
2. Make ensure that you enable the Usage Data Sharing option From Elementor settings. Please enable it. Please see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/be1_2q6JSe9n
3. Please go to the Ementor > system info > hit the Recalculate button and then you will get the actual data for the used widget/elements information and then compare it with Element Pack dashboard > used widgets. Please see the demo screenshot – https://prnt.sc/8DNWOKfD_YVV

We understand your point. There is no issue with the Poster. We checked your screenshot and found that you use a video and a poster at a time. We want to inform you that the poster shows or works when the video is not set or missing. When you don’t set a video, the poster shows instead of the hover video. But when you set the poster and the video at a time, only the video will show. I hope you understand.

?We checked that you used the backdated version(5.8.4) of Element Pack Lite. We request you to use the latest version of Element Pack Lite. Now we have available version – 5.10.3
After updating your plugin, we request you to regenerate the css data and file from Elementor Tools settings.We request you to check it once again and let us know if you face any problems. I hope your problems will be solved.

Maybe there was caching issue. After updating your plugin, we request you to regenerate the css data and file from Elementor Tools settings.
