I am using mailchimp plugin with Wp 3.5.1 . All configured however when I used embed into my page through widget it does not show subscribe button just shows the email type in box.

Thanks I searched and found tampa , columbus and Allure real estate themes however after downloading when I install these themese it shows error that css style missing and do not install theme.?

I edited the options of presentation page now menu at slider top gone and even after doing lots of efforts not recovering. menu on top is too small in size can I increase the zie of top menu or get slider menu back.
