Custom checkout page builder is not included in the free version, I am not sure why you are writing a review about the custom checkout in the free forum support.

We have checked the custom checkout page builder on our websites, our customer’s websites as well as many premium users are using the custom checkout page builder features.

We have the guideline about creating the checkout page. You haven’t followed that.
Steps to create the checkout page:
Create an Elementor template or use a template from our template library and add that as a checkout page from our setting.

You have edited your default checkout page. that is why you have faced the problem.

Here, I can’t verify your purchase. I am not sure you have purchased the item or not.

I would request you not to confuse the WP users.
Your comment is totally wrong.
There are a lot of features included in the free version and that is why the Free version is using by more than 30,000 users.
Do you think that this plugin should get a 1-star rating for the comment you have mentioned here?
