We’re really sorry for the inconvenience you had. Unfortunately, we can’t reproduce the problem from our side and even none of our 400+ customers have reported this issue so far.

If you experience the issue again, we will request you to inform us before you reinstall the plugin again. In this way, we can investigate and find out the bug and fix it properly.

We have checked our plugin several times and didn’t find the problem you’ve mentioned. There might be a conflict with other plugins you are using on your site.

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, the shortcode doesn’t work everywhere. It works only with the product loop. Some theme authors remove the positions from the product loop but you want to show the swatches on the product loop. Here you will need to use the shortcode. You can pre-select any attribute/color by editing the product to show the “Add to cart” button by default. Please see this screenshot https://i.imgur.com/oFqg2ud.png
