Not too sure if you found the answer – I also had this problem and found out that there should be a total of 5 places of* and numbers, so I changed the first part to 20 * * * * and it worked ??
The 5 places are for:
minute 0-59
hour 0-23
day of month 1-31
month 1-12
day of week 0-7
