Sorry, replied days ago via email but I guess it never posted. iOS is the OS where I noticed the issue, yes. I did disable other plugins on the site and did not notice a change (still does not open the tab or in the same window, display what state is selected, etc)

Thanks for your reply. Per your instructions, I updated the archive template file to include the snippet above, but I am still not seeing them. I also checked settings to ensure it is set to full-text instead of excerpt, is there something else that I may have missed that’s preventing this from displaying correctly? Thanks a bunch for your help.

I also tried the same but am still experiencing the issue by the looks of it.

Thank you for your reply. I went through and deleted the plugins that were not being used, now the only plugins that remain are some of the Cherry Framework plugins that were installed by a previous developer, Monstroid, MotoPress, and a couple others.

In the shortcode, all I have is [cool-timeline] on that page.

Do you have any other suggestions?
