Anyway, I have trying to install WordPress version 2.5 and version 2.6 on WIMP – not working

I also have trying install locally on my PC , but using WAMP (thru easyphp2.5 – https://www.easyphp.org/index.php). Software has no problem. And, also thru LAMP (on my server) – everything is okay.

there is no firewall on the windows server for the install
