Hi Jeremy,
I cleared all cache data from Cloudflare, W3tC and Browser same issue (I have an exception from caching for admin user, but performed this anyway). Same issue occurs. What I did notice though, if I change my language in WordPress back to US English instead of Australian English, the error goes away.
Changing my site back to English AU, the error comes back. 404 can’t find resource https://widgets.wp.com/languages/notifications/en-au.json
Updated to jetpack 3.7.2 today. Same error, but only occurs when logged in (not guests on front end)
Apologies that was my typo, the url is https://widgets.wp.com/languages/notifications/en-au.json is not able to be found.
Logged in or not, the error is still being served up under jetpack 3.7.1
Funny enough, I wasn’t having this issue until the 3.7.1 update I installed today.
I now have a console error https://widgets.wp.com/languages/notifications/es_AU.json 404 (Not Found)
Because of this error I can no longer swap in the text editor form visual to text.
Deactivating Jetpack and clearing the cache resolves the text editor issue.
https://cilcevents.com.au/xmlrpc.php is showing:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.Bump? Any resolve on this as yet?
Hi Nitesh,
Yes adding a keyword is fine. However, under the keyword you normally then see:
Focus Keyword: Happy Holidays
Focus keyword usage
Your focus keyword was found in:Article Heading: Yes (1)
Page title: Yes (1)
Page URL: Yes (1)
Content: Yes (3)
Meta description: Yes (1)Then under Meta Description you would see:
The meta description will be limited to 156 chars, 61 chars left. With Ultimate Auction Plug in activated this is what is displayed for me:
Focus Keyword: Happy Holidays
The meta description will be limited to 156 chars, chars left.As you will see the keyword counts, and characters left on meta descriptions disappear… I’m thinking this is some sort of Javascript conflict.
Cheers,
Mark

In reply to: [Translate WordPress - Google Language Translator] not working in IEOut of interest what version of IE is it not working for you in?

In reply to: [Ultimate Wordpress Auction Plugin] Not Accepting Place BidsOK, little further experimentation… It seems a plug in conflict. Used clean log in plugin to provide a cleaner experience for users (e.g. dashboard removal) particularly for those who don’t know how to use wordpress.
This was causing the place bid to fail. Once I changed the options to again show the users dashboard bid were able to be placed even at subscriber role.
I don’t know if I actually want subscribers to see dashboards etc, I think it will just confuse them…

In reply to: [Ultimate Wordpress Auction Plugin] Not Accepting Place BidsBump?
After experimenting today, this seems to be a role based/permissions issue. Test user is able to place bids only if elevated to the role of Administrator. Kind of defeats the purpose thought…. Any thoughts.
