To understand between the free version and paid version, we have clearly mentioned the below points in our plugin page description.

1.Facility to design your own logo, right click copyright and edit logo position in admin once you purchase the license.

2. Option to add Embed code based videos (Limited to Premium version only)

For YouTube videos you can use URL method to play videos within the player and if you have commercial version you can use embed code method which will fetch YouTube player directly.

Thanks for the suggestion. We will put this to our Management and make necessary changes on information about the free and paid version. Also, regarding the demo logo size we are not sure in which resolution you are watching. However, it covers only 3% to 5% of the player size.

Most of the embed players will have their watermark logo in free version. Moreover our logo dimensions are set according to the size of the player and it does not cover a major part on the lower left corner. Our customers who are using our premium players also have their logo with this size.

Free version logo (Watemark) will be present on most of the trial products. In fact in our product, the main difference between trial and premium version is the Logo. Once you buy the premium version, you can remove the existing Logo and add your own. Apart from that you will also be able to add Embed videos in Premium versions.

Kindly try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem.

Step1: Ensure the video more page with [video-more] shortcode.

Step2: Enable the maximum error report to display the error using below mentioned code
Please write the code in index.php (top of the page) which is in your WP root.

While installing the package itself, three pages will be created automatically and the following codes are “[video]“, “[videohome]” and “[videomore]”. If you are facing any problems with the automatic creation of the pages, you can manually create the pages and post the plugin code on the pages. Alternatively, you can add the plugin code to any existing pages, if required.

I can understand that when you click on video thumbnails it redirects to the home page, this is because you could have deleted the video page so I request you to check the trash and restore or create a new page and add the plguin code “[video]” in page content.
