I saw your email and I did a background check on what the problem is. You were using our old version HDW Player, which was free to use with all the options.

Recently the start of this year we changed the pricing of the player and along with the player we made some changes to the features that was notified in the website and our facebook page.

You can still use the player for free of charge, but for Youtube videos you need to be a paid subscriber. I understand that you were not aware of the change and updated the plugin from the email sent by wordpress.
If you would have seen our website, you would have understand that free player do not have the option to play Youtube videos.

I am concerned and I completely comprehend that it will be a disaster if your videos (which you would have added manually) is all gone when you update. I will take this as a concern and will forward it to the developers to notify the customers if they are updating their free plugin to give a warning before update. I hope and believe that this will be implemented in our next version update.

I am not sure what is your username or email you used in our support. But, we strive very hard to satisfy all our customers. If you are unhappy with the support, I would recommend you to send a mail to Managers, which will be taken care of and will be resolved.
