In reply to: [Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce] The results could not be loadedFor anyone interested, i solved by temporarely disabling the option “Optimize back end product searches” in the WooCommerce Product Search extension. By disabling this you should manage to create the pricing rules. Once created, you can re-enable the option. It will work fine. Thanks Alex.

In reply to: [Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce] The results could not be loadedHi, eventually I created an offline mirror site and found out the plugin that causes the issue. It is an official WooCommerce extension called “WooCommerce Product Search”. When I disable it, the search in your plugin works fine. Do you think you will be able to fix this compatibility issue in a short time?

In reply to: [Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce] The results could not be loadedI cannot do this. I will try other pricing rules plugins. Thank you anyways.

In reply to: [Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce] The results could not be loadedHi, the 500 error persists even setting the “Show first X results in autocomplete” to 1. The product I want to select has no variation, but there is another product with similar name that has 5 or 6 variation. Anyways, the 500 problem occurs regardless of the keyword I search for. Thank you

In reply to: [Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce] The results could not be loadedHi, to answer your questions:
1) The product search in the “Product filter” gives results after a long time (about 2 minutes) but they are not related to the keyword I type. Seems like it gives the same results regardless of the search term. See screenshot here: https://ibb.co/tLNTbG8
2) I tried it a few times now and it takes about 125 seconds, then I get the error.
3) Please see configuration screenshot here: https://ibb.co/rZTX8kV
I look forward for your support. Thanks.

In reply to: [Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce] The results could not be loadedUpdate: Since the SKU filter seems to work fine in the “Product filter” module, I also tried adding my product in the “Product filter” module and selecting the “Use product from filter” option in the “Free product” module, but the rule seems not to work properly. No item is added to the cart.
I look forward for your help. Thanks.

In reply to: [Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce] The results could not be loadedHi, I confirm I have the problem just with the product search included in the “Free product” mode. No error with the categories or other filters. I configured the wp_debug_log but nothing seems to be recorded when the error occurs. I think the cause could be the huge product database I have. Maybe the search times out? Could you please suggest some way to troubleshoot? Thanks.

In reply to: [Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce] The results could not be loadedI checked cPanel for the error log but there are no recent errors logged. Yours is actually the last plugin I installed. Could you please suggest other ways to troubleshoot? Is there any other method to add the products to the rule? Thanks

I was able to check the JS error generated after the product search attempt:

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Mailchimp for WooCommerce API Request ErrorHi @khungate, as I stated above the WP CRON is enabled. I also tried deactivating it, but in both cases the problem is still there.
In fact, I’m still unable to resolve. Please tell me which log files you need. Thank you.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Mailchimp for WooCommerce API Request ErrorHi Gabriel, thank you for getting back to me.
After doing some more testing I realized this is the function causing my issues:
$fields = $checkout->get_checkout_fields();
The problem is not limited to the taxes tables; I’m facing different kind of issues in the admin side. Could you please give me some advice?

In reply to: [Perfect Brands for WooCommerce] pwb-carousel > hide_empty – failHi there,
The problem is still there. I’m using the latest version (1.8.5). Dilas solution is working for me, but a stable solution will be much appreciated.
Thank you
