In reply to: [Inline Image Upload for BBPress] Bug with .destroy()Hello,
Thank you for reporting this issue. I think that this is due to an update in bbPress, and v1.1.16 of our plugin (to be released shortly) should fix that incompatibility.Cheers,
Jonathan

In reply to: [Inline Image Upload for BBPress] image storageHi there,
The images are stored under the wp-content/uploads/hm_bbpui directory.Hi there,
Unfortunately the plugin’s image upload functionality is not currently available outside bbPress/BuddyPress.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Potent Donations for WooCommerce] Donation option not displaying in cartHi there,
Can you send details for your site to [email protected] so that I can take a look? Please send at least the URL, but if you can send admin login details as well that may help me with troubleshooting.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Potent Donations for WooCommerce] Do you support POT for other languagesHi there,
The latest version of the plugin (1.1.1) should be translatable.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Custom CSS and JavaScript] save and publish css – no resultsYes, if you view the source code of the page you should see a custom.css file included from our plugin. Have you tried with the Minify CSS option (next to the Save/Publish buttons) unchecked? Perhaps the minification is causing issues with the media query.

In reply to: [Custom CSS and JavaScript] save and publish css – no resultsHi Pat,
Just to clarify, does the print CSS work in another plugin, but not in ours? Or is it not working in either? If the latter, perhaps there is an issue with the CSS you are using?Hi there,
My apologies for the delayed reply. I’ve investigated and it appears that the image dimensions fields were being hidden by some CSS code that I think was originally intended to hide the caption field in the upload dialog, which since seems to have been removed. The latest update to our plugin (1.1.15) disables that CSS code and should cause the dimensions fields to re-appear (you may need to do a hard refresh or clear your browser’s cache after the update). You should also be able to resize uploaded images by dragging the handles (squares) at the corners of the image in the forum post editor. Please note that the dimensions fields and resizing handles won’t change the size (resolution) of the uploaded image file; they’ll only add code to the image tag in the forum post HTML to try to alter the display size. If you want to be able to change the size of the image file itself, please check out the pro version of the plugin.

In reply to: [Potent Donations for WooCommerce] Donation option not displaying in cartHi Anne,
My apologies for the delayed reply. Do any of your sites still use our plugin? If so, I can do further troubleshooting to try to figure out why it’s not working.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Custom CSS and JavaScript] Choose default text indentHi Shaun,
Unfortunately this editor customization is not supported by the plugin at this time.(Duplicate)
Hi there,
Unfortunately the plugin’s donation amount field is currently only available on the product (donation) page. You could add the amount field to category pages with some custom development, but that feature is not supported by the plugin itself at this time.Hi there,

In reply to: [Export Order Items for WooCommerce] ACF and user profile exportsHi there,
The free version of the plugin doesn’t support custom fields at this time. The pro version does allow you to include meta fields from the order, order item, AND the customer user. I’m not familiar with ACF and I don’t know offhand how it stores the custom field values, but if they are stored as meta fields on the order, order item, or customer user you should be able to export them (although the format may or may not be very usable, again depending on how the values are stored). You are welcome to give our Pro plugin a try and request a refund on our support site within 14 days of purchase if it doesn’t meet your needs.
