This is very important! Plugin useless otherwise. Please help

I’ve had that error for months now. No update, no change, no support. About to disable the plugin. Then again, none of my twitter plugins are working anymore!

nevermind I figured out how to make it work with my custom post type but my theme is not compatible with the plugin. Closing topic.

Tried to install and got the same thing. class.plugin-boilerplate.php is missing from your zip. None of these twitter comment plugins work.

Installed Topsy on a fresh blog. Your plugins trackback comments feature no longer works, period. The retweet button is fine but the main function I need no longer works and I see no one gets support. Great.

Thanks drumba, got it working by disabling facebooktrafficpop plugin for the pages I have this plugin on. Now I just gotta get s2member to produce valid access keys for my protected download links… Thanks again! Great plugin and for free unlike another one I’ve ran across! ??

But I see now what drumba is saying. Even if they click the close button without clicking the “Post to Facebook” button it still counts as a like on their facebook page. Unless of course they unlike it right after they get the download link.

We’ve got the same problem WeddingAlbumCafe. He’s not getting it. I got my plugin working by disabling facebook traffic pop plugin but like she says:
if someone clicks the like button, before they actually click the share button to confirm the like and post on their wall, the supposedly hidden link is already displayed. All someone has to do is hit the like button, the link is then displayed in the background, so all they have to do is close the dialog box without confirming the like. Then just click the link.

The link shouldn’t be displayed until after they’ve actually shared the link on their wall. Can we get a fix?

Can anyone give me the exact name of the field in the database to set “_tern_wp_youtube_video”? I get a blank page on the plugin setting page but it was at least working on the single edit page before I de-actived the plugin trouble-shooting but lost all my settings.

forgot to mention, no pun intended, that the retweets option displays the same results as the mentions option. Why? Want to show them both.

I have this same issue all of a sudden. Did do some database restores recently which might have caused it somehow. I ran the debug but I have no clue which error will fix this issue from the output. Is there a way to completely uninstall? Including database? When I completely delete the plugin the previous image sets still show when I reinstall but my main one is listed but missing the image set. Maybe clearing the associated database tables will help?? Please help, plugin is kind of important…
