I found someone else who had the same issue here in the WordPress forums. It may be the host you are using. Youtube block can’t embed video

You can copy the embed code from youtube. Paste the embed code into a text block on your post. It should look like this.

<iframe width=”500″ height=”281″ src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/C0CxRZDM3hI&#8221; frameborder=”0″ allow=”accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture” allowfullscreen></iframe>

Change the width and height while keeping the aspect ratio (e.g. width=”700″ height=”393.4″) Preview and publish.

When you install WordPress through Bluehost, it is like downloading the software from www.ads-software.com.
WordPress.com and www.ads-software.com are separate from each other. It’s a little confusing, but WordPress.com is a webhost, similar to Bluehost, HostGator, GoDaddy, etc. They use the WordPress software, but are not part of www.ads-software.com.
www.ads-software.com doesn’t provide any hosting, but you can go there to download the WordPress software to use with other webhosts.
