1. It’s been working for years before this. 4.4.1 borked it. ??
2. [email protected] is a working, valid email.
3. My host checked it and said that the email isn’t even being generated, not just not being sent.

Okay, finally got the plugin installed on the non-git version with 3.1.2, but when putting the <wpg3> tags into a page, this is the error I get when viewing it:

EDIT: Nevermind, I’m running 2.9.2. Upgrading now. Duh.

I’ve just downloaded the GIT version and I’m now getting this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function flush_rewrite_rules() in /home/crickie/crickie.com/wp-content/plugins/wpg3/wpg3_class_WPG3_Rewrite.php on line 93

Same error here.
