I have checked but with a fixed amount I cannot check if the Gift card is being calculated after or before the taxes are applied to the order, because it will always subtract the same amount.

Apart from that, everything looks fine for me on the page, the code was correctly applied to the order, the amount is subtracted and also shipping & taxes are included in the total amount.

Does this do not happen to you?

Unfortunately, that’s seems to be caused by an incompatibility.

Gift cards are products themselves, and they need to be in order to make the plugin work as expected.

I understand your point, but I’m checking the images every time before I sent you a reply. In the images I cannot see any HTML structure, that’s why I’m asking you to check it. Trying to find the issue based on the answers you are giving me.

Does this issue happen if you deactivate any other plugin but WooCommerce? Only having Gift Cards & WooCommerce.

1. Do you mean the image? That’s something you have to manage, the first image you sent it’s a gift card created by us, the image itself. You need to use the image that better suits you.
2. I tried it on your site and it works well. It displays “Messaggio:” in the input, and in the preview it displays also in real time.

That’s not possible with the free version of the plugin. You have to take that information from other ways, like for example manually speaking with each affiliate.

Indeed, that’s not possible with our plugin. It could be with maybe a developed API to communicate both plugins, which our plugin does not have.

If the affiliate takes the link from one site, but it redirects to other sites, the affiliate needs to be exactly the same in both sites.

Why the user needs to logout? I do not understand that part.

Indeed the affiliate dashboard is a different thing from the normal my account page, and if you want them on different pages, that’s the way it will work. If the user logs in, then it has to visit the Affiliate dashboard manually, that’s why it usually is placed inside my account page directly.

Do you just want to customize the link that would be copied to be the URL of the “main” site?

Take into account that the plugin can’t “communicate” between sites, each will work independently, and the affiliate needs to be registered in the site which will register the order.
