On 1/1/2022 I purchased Jetpack Security (10GB), receipt number . At the time I believe the website I was using it for was stuffnjunkbyheidi.com. I have changed my business to heidimein.com (a new website with new www.ads-software.com login) but when I tried to “move” my Jetpack subscription it ended up canceling the subscription. The original website has been changed to heidimine.com so that I can keep all of my data while I build my new site. My receipt in my wordpress.com account shows that website. I would like it changed/transferred to heidimein.com.

So the support ticket doesn’t look like it’s working.
The website I would like my Jetpack subscription to be on is heidimein.com
