The problem was the local environment. The hash values generated were based on the domain of the local development environment – so the imoprt could not be executed correctly.

Maybe this is the problem:

I did an import (database, uploads and everything else needed) into a local docker environment. This local environment has its on domain: https://my-project.test

After creating the Export file i did a manually search and replace for all images in the CSV file (so they can be downloaded by WP All Import). I replaced “https://my-project.test/wp-content/uploads/../test.jpg” with “https://my-project.de/wp-content/uploads/../test.jpg”.

So the hashed IDs in the shortcode belong to the local environment “https://my-project.test/” and WP All Import is not able to download the images from live environment.

Yes, both Options in Export and Import are enabled:

Export:
Export images from Gallery shortcodes in post content

Import:
Scan through post content and import images wrapped in img tags

it seems that our problem is solved.

The customer entered a proxy server independently in wp-config.php. Unfortunately, we as web agency do not have access to the server / file system. There’s a subcontractor in between. So I couldn’t check it out myself.

Nevertheless, I would like to thank you for your time and your very quick feedback. Many Thanks. Also for your work on the plugin in general. As a company, we like to use it on almost all customer websites.

i deactivated all plugins but CF7 and Flamingo and activated theme twentytwenty.
Unfortunately, that didn’t change anything.

Does Contact Form 7 perhaps use technologies which (if deactivated on the server side) lead to communication problems? Something like curl?

There are only two boxes: fields and meta.

In my tests it says:

Spam-Protokoll: reCAPTCHA-Punktzahl (0.00) liegt unterhalb der Schwelle (0.50).

translation:
Spam protocol: reCAPTCHA score (0.00) is below the threshold (0.50).

There is a connection.
If i deactivate reCAPTCHA – the form is sending the message correctly.

Response from CF7:
