but what is the trick / key to get the name returned?

For us it is “This order is not editable” after its closed. Can it be related to new orders, done after the upgrade? or maybe its related to the WooCommerce Order Status & Actions Manager plugin that we use?

Anyway the orders were editable prior to 3.0.x upgrade for us. ??

I have the same problem… Can it be related to the fact that the orders created in the back-end (by admins) are not tracked and therefor do not apply?!

Yes, It would be nice to get that data to GA as well…

Update: My collegue just found a reason, the items facing this problem, had been changed to “out of stock” after upgrade, and when fixing that, the products display correctly…

Still, was / is this a UPDATE DB script problem (maybe timeout when there are too many lines, and not the fastest hosting provider?? )

We have the same problem, after DB update on upgrade 4.2.1 SOME variable product are now displayed as FREE and no price is displayed, even if a variable has been selected. When the product is added to the shopping cart, the price & variable selected is correct…

Is it possible that this is a bug OR did the DB update script failed mid-way? If it would be so, can we re-run the script??

All prices displayed are inc. of TAX.
