please read the name of the plugin attentively – it is called Backup & Restore Dropbox. Then please read description where it is said that it is a WordPress plugin designed to backup and restore to/from Dropbox. We neither name ourselves to be Dropbox itself nor pretending to be Dropbox. Our product is transparent. We created the product which helps users to backup and save their reserved copies of the WordPress site at Dropbox, like other plugins do. And all this info you can find in plugin description.
If you use Backup & Restore Dropbox plugin and need support, you can scroll a little bit lower the page and find the site to contact our support team. This info is specified in plugin info after description.

first of all we have to state that the plugin performs good for backups, restores and migration and it works for all users who have correct hosting configurations. If you checked our FAQ, you should read that many factors influence backup, restore and migration processes. So, you should be aware that there is a chance that the issue can be in your hosting configurations. The migration will not just hang without the reason.
Secondly, as an answer to your opened ticket in our support team, we offered you to let us have a look at your issue and support you in real-time through the TeamViewer, however you rejected the help. So, it is not our support not helpful, but you just reject our help.
Thirdly, we did not refuse to give you a refund. According to our Refund Policy we give refunds if we are unable to solve the issue the user has. However, you refused even to show the issue. We did not get no logs, no screenshot of the issue. Just words that is does not work.

in order to undo the interlinking, click on the button “Clear all cron tasks & all logs” and after that you will be able to launch another link-building process taking into account your new configurations.

the plugin is quite easy-to-use. All you need is just select the type of interlinking and input keywords from which to create link-anchors. You can create links on posts and pages within one category, or within all categories of your site.
The main condition is that the keywords should be from your website content. Make sure that you made everything correctly and watch video tutorial that is available at SEO Post Content Links plugin page here on wordpress. If you still have difficulties with interlinking, you are welcome to contact our support team emailing to support{@}wpadm.com and we will assist you with your internal link-building.

actually, we did not refuse refund flat-out. We offered various ways of our assistance in solving the problem, including a real-time support via TeamViewer session in an appropriate for you time that would allow you to control the process and would help to settle down the problem shortly, but you refused any help.
Having analyzed your logs we did not find any error, however the problem was caused by your hosting wrong configurations.
Any user can get refund if they allow to check the problem adequately. If it really exists in plugin, you get refund. We cannot assist if there is only one-way strive to help, without giving an opportunity to check the problem thoroughly, rejecting any support as a whole.
As for the plugin security, each plugin published on WordPress is thoughly checked and tested and only after successful security check it can be published. Free and Pro versions of the plugin are secured equally, moreover, they are both regualarly tested.
The main secury problems usually come from the wrong hosting configuration, including access permissions.
