I’ve installed the plugin in a local version and it just took a few seconds to display the stats. I’m fine working on local so the problem is solved to me. You’re made a very good job with the plugin as well as the support.
For the record, I think that the problem with the remote version has to be with the shared hosting. This is the configuration data:
