Hello,

UNLOQ QR codes are designed to work with the UNLOQ app, so you receive a push notification and quickly approve or deny a login request. This feature is not supported by Google Authenticator.
The other way around is supported, and you can add any qr-code into the UNLOQ app. Also the UNLOQ app allows you to backup your codes, so when you change your phone you can restore them from an encrypted backup.

We’re trying to reproduce the issue, but we don’t run into your problem. Can you please specify your WordPress version, a list of plugins installed, and the theme name and version, that you are using. What plugin version did you use before updating to the latest one?
Also, do you remember adding anything new to your website recently, like a plugin, or changed the theme?

Thank you for reporting the issue. We are happy you like the plugin. We worked really hard to create it :).
As for the “it does not work” part, this might be affected by your website’s redirect settings and by other authentication plugins that may be installed on your site.

In order for us to be able to look into this, we need the URL to your login page, WordPress, list of plugins and UNLOQ plugin version. We cannot check what’s happening if we are not provided with sufficient information.
