Also getting this problem, using the free version, v2.2.2 and just tried rolling WP back to v5.5.3 but that hasn’t fixed it.

Can you help? We’re breaking the law by not displaying this policy so need to fix it quickly

In reply to: Problem with Chrome on WindowsYes – you can go on forever if you’re not careful. Also, assuming that you’re talking about the section with the stray start and end tags, I don’t see why its highlighted those as they look like valid markup to me. I’m beginning to think it may be a Chrome issue, but its strange that it didn’t happen with the previous version of wp.

In reply to: Problem with Chrome on WindowsThanks, yes – I’ve had a look at the validation, and most of it (apart from some missing image descriptions which I’ll deal with) is part of the WP or plugin code and outside of my control. I can’t see anything which might explain a specific Chrome/Windows problem.
Do you have any other ideas?
Thanks.

In reply to: Problem with Chrome on WindowsBest thing would be if you could have a look at it on Firefox, which is rendering correctly, and compare it with Chrome, which is not – unless you’re using a Mac, in which case its fine.
Basically, there should be some text: “Call 01977 615735” followed by 6 menu items – and the whole lot should be on one line. On Chrome it splits weirdly into two lines, with a big gap in between, like this:
Call 01977 615 About
735 Home us Courses
Any ideas? As I say, it was fine until I upgraded wp, and there’s no customisation.
Thanks

In reply to: Google Analytics tracking code not installedNo – looks like its working now. Must have been some kind of problem with the first 3 plugins I tried, because this one seems to be fine. Maybe theme conflicts of some kind.
Thanks!
