In reply to: [JetBackup - WP Backup, Migrate & Restore] No backups since update!I did not test the plugin against a multisite setup, but I think it should work.
You should try it and then tell us your results.

You are right, I will fix that.

In reply to: [JetBackup - WP Backup, Migrate & Restore] No backups since update!Hi,
You should change the owner of the backup folder to www-data.
The php error log should contain info about why backups aren’t getting created. Not sure why you couldn’t preview your backups without this patch, the MIME type is being added automatically anyway from WordPress’s bult-in list of MIME types.
I’ve always been able to preview my backups.

OK,
You need to check the PHP error log to see what is wrong now, but since there is no error message displayed by the backup process my guess is PHP ran out of memory. The 32 MB might not be enough. If you have large files (> 30MB) then this is what is probably causing PHP to run out of memory.
Well, now we have a more meaningful error message.
So, what’s up with that directory that’s failing? Why is there a D: inside the path?
Alright, my bad.
Could you try removing the plugin and then install a fresh version 2.1.3? See if that changes anything.

In reply to: [JetBackup - WP Backup, Migrate & Restore] Backup not happeningThe thing that I found kind of curious it’s that when I first installed the plugin the local folder path was some kind of random alpha numeric value, that was the same argument in the “backup now” button: site.com/?backup=id. No matter if I change the local path, that “uri” doesn’t change.
This is for security reasons.
There might be another plugin interfering with Backup. If you would like, I can take a look at your setup. Just send me an email.
Any reason for you not running the latest version of the plugin?

In reply to: [JetBackup - WP Backup, Migrate & Restore] Backup not happeningHi danny,
I think you entered the name of your Drive folder instead of the ID.
Please try version 2.1.3 of the plugin and see if it fixes your issue.
Do you have enough free space?
