Maybe you can try member plugin in wordpress, you can let them to access the plugin.

Same issue on our website, I suggest we can use detective browser and only enable html5 for firefox, I have this problem a long time ago, hope Praveen update the plugin recently, then we can fix this issue

Thansk Praveen, I replaced the jwplayer.js, cool video gallery plugins stop working. Would you please supply the alternative solution for that? For example, we can detective browser, then we will set up html5 just for firefox? Or we using html5 for all browser? Thanks

same problem here, it is showing #2035 error, we need to get the jwplayer update, it is too old still using version 5.9.2156
