In reply to: Call to undefined function wp() in…..wp-blog-header.php on line 16Hi there.
Try disabling all plugins and see if this helps, if not, then try renaming your current active theme folder into something different, so default theme gets activated (I’m assuming you have a default theme somewhere in there).
You can access your installation via ftp.
Hope it helps.

In reply to: WordPress update, plugins, and theme. Keeping it fast and updatedHi there,
If you have access to cpanel, login to your hosting account and check File Manager. Visit your wp root folder and click on folders for options. From there look into file / folder permissions. You nees to look for wp-content folder and set it to 775 or 777. Once done, perform updates then change back permissions.
Hope it helps

Check your folder permissions. Try making folders 755 or even 777 while you update. Do not forget to revert permissions back.
Thanks

In reply to: Autoplay video and poster image@chuckh58, I will copy paste a support handbook recommendation for this kind of situation so there is no confusion:
At this point, we’ve reached the limits of what most in the community here are willing to offer in their spare time (everyone here is a volunteer). You should consider hiring someone so that you can give them direct access to the site for a far more efficient fix than we can provide here.
Please try https://jobs.wordpress.net/ or https://jetpack.pro/ and do not accept any hire offers posted to these forums.
We will keep this thread open, unless it veers too far off course, in case someone from the community is willing to provide further help here for free.

In reply to: href anchor link NOT extending URL path with #We can’t know where is the error in your code to provide a code fix. There could be a lot of things going on, starting from a conflict and going to a missing semicolon.
Theme developers have the files and also can get login credentials from you to inspect the code and provide a code fix.
Thanks

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
