adding ajax=”true” to shortcode fixed the problem for me.
i did not find the PHP code mentioned above – maybe that code changed in Version: 1.7.2.3 of the stripe plugin.

i searched and didn’t find it anywhere in the stripe.php file.

note i am using the lastest GF 1.7.5
1.7.4 gave me problems on a different site – so avoid that version.

note also that i talked to gravity forms folks a few months ago and they said they were fed up with paypal and wanted to only support stripe. my interpretation was that they would either buy the codebase from this plugin or make their own.

i use “better wordpress security” and that includes login limits.

do you have any idea if this current attack bypasses the login page? i think it doesn’t but of course it could morph anytime.

since it’s essentially a DDoS attack it’s hard to really fix the problem in terms of a core update.

this thread was very helpful. i had what i thought was a great theme by graphpaperpress but i guess it overlooked this detail.

this is an issue – kinda breaks the backward compatibility of wordpress in a small way.

the fix was easy however.

i will just jump in here and say that the paid version works great. i have not used this free version.

i just wish there was an automated way to keep on top of updates with the paid version. that’s a big advantage of the free version ironically.

what about excluding a custom content type? i tried a few version of this and could not get it to work…

It sure would be nice ot have this functionality combined with the great features of Google analyticor. I sure hope Yoast takes this on – that would be a great addition to his plugin…

i think you need the pro version to do that. the pro version has a more fully featured widget

Mine is not publishing any kinds of preview/teaser text. only title and thumbnail.

note that the plugin has some detailed notes about how to publish to a personal profile – but they don’t match up at all with the dev page that I encountered. that is typical of facebook – interfaces change very often….
