In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] CSS displayed as textHi Andrew,
After further testing, I managed to identify the source of the problem.
The problem is triggered because of my configuration of the AAM (Advanced Access Manager) extension. I reconfigured from scratch (but with identical parameters) the access of the different roles and that seems to have solved the display problem. However, I have not been able to identify the precise element that triggered it.
Thanks
I have to manage galleries for different roles on websites (over 40 websites).
Are you going to change the restriction for administrators in the future? Otherwise I will have to change the extension for another one.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] Post Carousel doesn’t update automaticallyHi Andrew, Alex,
Thank you both for taking your time to help us.
The 1.28.1-beta you made is working perfectly.Do you know when you are going to update the plugin?
Thanks again,
Kind regardsQuick Update, I resolved my issue by just changing the plugin by another.
Hello,
I’m not sure to understand everything but I can try to help you.First, to get back the access, you can use the plugin “User Role Editor” to give back the “aam_manager” capability to your role.
Second, I’m not sure to understand, but I think you don’t want the other roles to deactivate this plugin and you want them, to keep the access to the plugins. I never tried so maybe it will not work, but you can try to put the AAM plugin folder, in the Mu plugins. /wp-content/mu-plugins
I think they can’t deactivate it, nor delete it inside the mu-plugins (oh btw, you can’t do it in the admin panel, you need access to the wordpress files). If you don’t find any folder name “mu-plugins” in the wp-content, you just have to create it. The downside is that plugins placed in the / mu-plugins / directory will not appear in update notifications.Hope I could help you.
