In reply to: [Aesop Story Engine] Themes Supporting ASE vs. Other OptionsHi Michael,
I see. Thanks for the quick response and clear explanation. Makes sense.
Could a theme be adapted to work with Aesop by using a child theme?
For example, we’re currently developing using this theme, Sky, because it does a really nice job of styling the functionality of the Geodirectory plugin:
https://themeforest.net/item/sky-wordpress-listings-theme/10061836However, it is not created for full-width content.
Theoretically, could we make a child theme of this theme that can take advantage of ASE’s full-width formatting but still allow updates from the original parent theme?
If so, are you able to provide code for creating such a child theme that I can give to my developer?
Best regards,

In reply to: [Scribe] WOW! – PriceRon, you should still mention something about this being premium on the description page. Look at your feedback ratings for this plugin. You would have avoided all those 3 stars or less if you were a bit more upfront about the pricing.
That said, considering how much time Scribe might save a writer, I think the pricing may be justified. You just need to set expectations better. Your website does a good job of this.

In reply to: [Pinterest Verify] Multiple Pinterest AccountsIt only allows you to verify one Pinterest account per website…
Oh well, I’ll just have our English Pinterest account be the verified one, since English is the larger market, and leave the non-English Pinterest account unverified.
Thanks anyway!

In reply to: [Auto Affiliate Links] Feature Request: Able to Handle SpacesI see.
Yes, it is probably to do with the control for how many links can be made on a single page.
Since I have very long articles with many keywords, I need to be able to link more and have more options than your plugin currently offers.
I suggest you take a look at:
https://codecanyon.net/item/wp-keywords-to-link/6048953See how he does it. It is a much more flexible system.
Also, he claims that his plugin supports Japanese and can deal with punctuation quite flexibly. Check it out and you might get some ideas to copy.

In reply to: [Auto Affiliate Links] Feature Request: Delete OptionsPlease add “Select All” and “Delete Selected” buttons to the top of the list also.
When managing very long lists, we need to have all controls and both the top and bottom of the page, otherwise we have to spend time scrolling all the way up or down to find the controls we need.

In reply to: [Auto Affiliate Links] Feature Request: Sorting/Searching the ListPlease add the links to order list by Date | Name at the bottom of the page as well. This will help with very long lists.

In reply to: [Auto Affiliate Links] Feature Request: Able to handle puctuationI want to link to the title of this book as a keyword:
The Willpower Instinct: How Self-Control Works, and Why It Matters, and What You Can Do to Get More of ItIn this post, the plugin allowed the colon, but cut off the link before the first comma.
https://www.helloyoga.com/lifestyle/six-steps-to-keep-your-new-years-resolutions/So, the plugin needs to be able to allow commas.
You should force all CSV files imported to use the “|” character as separator instead of commas.
Also, please add the FAQ and support links on all pages of the plugin dashboard.
– General Settings
– Exclude Posts
– Import/ExportFAQ URL on dashboard links to support forum. Please fix it to link to FAQ.
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-auto-affiliate-links/faq/Also, please make FAQ and Support links open in new window/tab (target=”_blank”) so that we don’t “lose” the plugin dashboard.

In reply to: [Auto Affiliate Links] Feature Request: Able to handle puctuationThe plugin seems to not be able to handle hyphens.
For example, the keyword, “Yang-Sheng Gong” will not link on this page:
