Addendum: In my case I get those server error messages far more often than a working stats page. Just now they popped up again, preventing any stats from being shown. I’ll wait for the next release.

Yeah, that makes sense (1). (2) I noticed in the current release. First it was there, then it disappeared and was happy with the endpoint method.

Update and solved!

My host sent me info that revealed the following:
"Request body no files data length is larger than the configured limit (1048576)"
I got my host to increase the limit from 1mb to 5mb. This sorted out the problem. Now let’s see how this baby works in real.

+1 on chilliwax’s message. When reCAPTCHA is used, the form doesn’t submit. When removed, it does submit, but it doesn’t show the green confirmation box. It merely empties the form without any notification.

I hear you, the plugin is still working well, so there’s no need to rate it down to 1-star, because that’s misleading.

I am sure the developers will amend the documentation to let US customers know about the current status/regulations.

I first thought so, too, but it’s the same when I call up a random post, check the box so that the udf-section is displayed, and count the entries of the dropdown list. Result: Same thing. That said, WooCommerce piggybacks onto or hooks into WP, so I don’t see why it should be different. It’s therefore unrelated to WooCommerce.

it’s in “Posts”, “Pages”, “WooCommerce orders”, everywhere, where you can activate “user defined fields” via the options panel.

And when the files are set to public, anyone with the link can get access, which defeats the object. Same on my side. No signed URL is being created by the S3 plugin. Am I missing anything? How can I get it signed?

There are several WP membership plugins that take care of that. Did you have a look at them?
