In reply to: [Background Update Tester] error when accessing the update checkSame problem here with 3.7
However after upgrading to 3.7.1 via the update page, the plugin no longer has this problem and the plugin tester page reports everything is clear.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: endless loop problem with upgrade to 2.0.3I got this too – I just switched to using internet explorer instead of firefox, went https://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin and this time after hitting the second upgrade link (on the fancy wordpress page) it told me there was one step and that was it – firefox was just redirecting me to https://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/ with the plain “you need to upgrade” page which points to https://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/upgrade.php

In reply to: No RSS feed going onthanks kafkaequi, no I didn’t but now it looks obvious. Looks like only the main index is there…..
I’ll do a bit more digging…
Hmmm – by adding a couple more lines of text to my most recent post its all started working again. I also rebuilt the permalinks too. Sounds like some sort of rebuild process needed to be done.

In reply to: No RSS feed going ontomhanna: Actually you are looking at the wrong site!
If you look at my wordpress site at https://aphs.co.uk/test/wordpress/ and not my MT site (which contains the 127.0.0.1 links and feedburner) then you will see the problem.
the 127 links are for subscribing to the feed with radio (which would run on your own local machine.) and the rdf does look ok to me, but again, thats a redherring as that was on the wrong machine.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: No RSS feed going onI’m already running 1.5.1.3 at https://aphs.co.uk/test/wordpress/ and am getting the same problem.
I’ve looked at the old bugs but downloaded the header file at https://svn.automattic.com/wordpress/trunk/wp-blog-header.php (as recommended in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/24280#post-137101 ) and it then fell over with undefined function.
I replaced the original file, remmed out the check as per https://trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/903 but I still get 404 on my feeds
