Thank you for using my wallet. I would love to help you on this.

1. Go to WC Wallet > Settings > Uncheck the option 'Automatically Cancel Order On "Send Cancel Request" and Refund Credits', all the Cancel requests will be displayed in WC Wallet > Cancel Request, where you can approve the refund request.

2. If you want to clean up a particular user’s wallet, you can Go to Users > edit on particular user then you can find their credits, only admin can edit other’s credits.

Also if you wanted to clean up credits to multiple users, I have add it as a feature to WC Wallet plugin.

Please let me know if you need any features with this WC Wallet, I would make the possible way.

Hi @ashish777,

It seems there is problem with Woocommerce-COD-advanced. There is not only problem in WC wallet setting page, but there is errors in the WooCommerce’s setting page. So you please check with them. Sorry that was out of control. I have attached a photo of WooCommerce’s setting page error.
