How would I proceed with troubleshooting? My php error log does not show any real results.

Thanks. I did as you suggested. I found out that the theme I had installed caused this. It seemed to add some files to the default adding-process when creating a new page.

I found this out my doing a complete re-install and copying the metaposts and posts via phpMyAdmin. Once the theme was installed this error occurred.

Happens whenever I click on New page / Add new Post.

Tried doing a complete re-install. Issue still persists unfortunately :(.

Moved old files into temp folder. Reinstalled, linked to old database. Same issue.
