Hi there,
I just visited your page and found the AdSense ads appearing as requested.
If you have further questions regarding Advanced Ads, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me again.

HenningHi Ray
Thanks for reaching out.
While rotation effects are natively implemented into Advanced Ads a fading effect is not.
You have the following options to create such an effect:
- Adjusting the Slider Add-on
- Using Elementor to animate your banner
- Using the Sticky Ads or Popup Add-on, both have a face in option
- find or create your own custom CSS/JavaScript adjustments
Please let me know if you need anything else.

In reply to: [Advanced Ads –?Ad Manager & AdSense] DB issues when tracking views?Hi Abdi
Thanks for reaching out.
Based on the tracking method of your choice, every ad impression and click can be a write action to the database. To avoid this and save resources on your server, I can recommend switching to Google Analytics tracking.
The forums on www.ads-software.com are only for the plugins that are also hosted here. If you need help with any premium extensions of Advanced Ads, I want kindly ask you to reach out to our support.
Thanks for understanding, and we hopefully meet us there.
Best regards,
HenningThanks for the followup.
If I see this correctly, the difference between the CookieYes and the AdSense GDPR bar is the TCF integration. In Europe it seems that AdSense is only showing non-personalized ads if no TCF compatible consent was given.
Despite this, it’s also possible to choose your general ad settings while using Google and have personalized ads disabled for your account.
I hope this helps.

HenningHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
While implementing the cookie consent method using the CookieYes plugin and its cookie values “advertisement:yes” in the ‘cookieyes-consent’ cookie, I can confirm that after the consent the AdSense ads are loading without the
npa
string. As far as I know, this is the only way to test if the ad codes loading are personal or non-personal.On my test page I have set up CookieYes with its basic settings and enabled the GCM support. Additionally, I’ve enabled the Advanced Ads privacy setting with the values above and checked the “Show non-personalized AdSense ads until consent is given.” option as well.
Before the advertisement consent is given and the cookie value matches “advertisement:yes” the AdSense URL looks like this:
path: /pagead/ads?npa=1&client=ca-pub-
while with the consent, it changes to:path: /pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-
. I’ve tested this with Chrome browser in incognito mode. Can you please describe your way of testing the non-personalized ads and let me know if you can reproduce my attempt?

In reply to: [Advanced Ads –?Ad Manager & AdSense] Error loading our ad blockHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
I am not aware of a general compatibility issue with the latest WordPress version, and the tested up to WP version number will also be adjusted with the next update.
the ad block that rotates ads won’t load and the admin for the plugin isn’t displaying correctly
Please ensure possible browser ad blocking extensions are disabled while working with Advanced Ads.
Can you please specify for me, are we talking about a manual Advanced Ads block in your Gutenberg editor, in the sidebar settings or somewhere else?
- Is this showing on your mobile version of the editor or the desktop?
- Which theme are you using, and does this also happens while using a standard Theme?
- Are shortcodes working as expected?

In reply to: [Advanced Ads –?Ad Manager & AdSense] Trying to add a Plain Text and Code adHi George
Thanks for reaching out.
While inspecting your website’s code in the front end using your browser’s development console, you should be able to see the placed ad code under the name of the placement you choose.
If the code injection is somehow blocked by your TCF settings, the code will appear masked as “random” numbers.
Useful resources:
If you can provide the ad code and a link to the page where it’s placed but not showing, I’d be happy to take a closer look.

In reply to: [Advanced Ads –?Ad Manager & AdSense] Google ads not showing on my websiteHi Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out.
I checked back your page and fund AdSense ads appearing in the content and your sidebar.
I assume waiting a bit has done the trick here.

In reply to: [Advanced Ads –?Ad Manager & AdSense] Ads dos not displayHi Normand
If you see and empty ad unit on your website, I suggest the following debugging steps:
- Basic AdSense guidelines:
- The AdSense account or the website is new:?Wait 48 hours, but keep in mind that it might take weeks for everything to work correctly.
- Your website was not added:?Go to?Account > Sites?in your AdSense account and add it.
- The ad is new:?Simply wait 30 minutes and refresh the page.
- Your site does not comply with the AdSense policies:?Review the policies here.
- AdSense does not suggest a specific amount of ads on your WordPress site, but there shouldn’t be too many ads too close together. AdSense can also decline to show specific ads if too many are placed already.
- Advanced debugging:
- Still not seeing any ads? Switch the ad type in Advanced Ads to?Dummy. If you see an ad output now, the problem is with AdSense and your account.?
- Look for the ad code using the browser’s development console. The procedure is similar to the one for Auto Ads.
- Check if you see any of the documented AdSense error messages explained in this manual.
If it is possible to get a static and reproducible behavior for your ads on a specific page and ad position, please let me know and I will also take a closer look as well.
Best regards,
Henning
